Dr. Stephenie Riley, ND
I've lived and practiced in Lake Tahoe for over 20 years. I ski, paddleboard, hike, mountain bike. I joined my first Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in 1999. I walk the talk because I know firsthand how this mountain life we love demands we show up fully in our bodies.
I incorporated the Living Light Metabolic Reset Program into my practice to help support peri-menopausal and menopausal women with all the frustrating changes that occur at that time....I wanted to support them in stopping the fight against their bodies and to start working with their bodies again. I quickly came to realize the power this program has for transformative change in most of my patients - male or female. The benefits I've seen in body composition, blood work, energy, mood, sleep and quality of life are consistent and undeniable.
My passion is helping my patients learn how to best support their bodies for optimal wellness and longevity. It is the habits we do 24/ 7....food, water, breathing, sleep....that often have the greatest impact ion that trajectory.
